Health experts say the diet is unhealthy and may increase health risks for people with certain conditions like high cholesterol. People following the diet are expected to forgo fruits and vegetables and only consume foods derived from animals like beef, fish, flesh, eggs, bone broth, and beast fats like bone gist and lard.
Leave it to TikTok to kick off 2023 with a robust debate. More than 1 million people have viewed the hashtag #allmeatdiet, which features drug users’ participation in styles, daily reflections, and claimed advantages.
It differs greatly from other buzzwords used in the food and hospitality industries, such as “sustainable” and “factory-grounded.”
Simply put, the carnivore diet is the exact opposite of what the name suggests.
