constituents for Home Made cake
- 1 mug Plain Flour( Maida) approx. 150 gms
- 1 mug Sugar pulverized
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 mug Adulation softened
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 mug Milk 120 ml
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- pinch swab
- 1.5 mugs of Crystal Salt/ Sand for base
How to make Home Made cake
Let the adulation soften until it’s mashable with a ladle.
Combine sugar and adulation using a hand or electric whisk/ beater. Whisk well until light and ethereal.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift together the Maida, swab, and baking soda pop, icing no lumps.
Gradationally add this to the egg admixture, interspersing with milk. Stop whisking and fold this admixture gently with a spatula until all the batter is completely incorporated and smooth. Don’t over beat.
Add vanilla substance and mix well.
Take a cutlet drum and grease it with some adulation or oil painting. Sprinkle some Maida on a greased baking drum.
Pour the set admixture into the drum and place it in the set pressure cooker over the pot holder/ ring.
Cover the cooker with the lid( without the gasket and weight).
Singe on low honey for 50- 60 twinkles.
To test, put in a cutter, it should come out clean, showing that it’s completely ignited.
Take it out and let it cool fully.
Once cooled, reverse the cake on a line rack and let it cool completely before slicing it.
